    We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns initiated after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund. We regret that we're unable to currently provide free return labels, and all postage costs are non-refundable.     Many of our products are hypoallergenic, crafted from materials like 18K gold, anti-tarnish stainless steel, and 925 sterling silver. Please check the product descriptions for specific information.
  • Do you offer customization or personalization services?
    At this time, we do not offer customization or personalization services. However, we continually update our offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Are your products eco-friendly?
    We are committed to sustainability and ethical practices. While not all products may be explicitly labeled as eco-friendly, we make efforts to source materials responsibly and minimize our environmental impact. Our jewellery is crafted from premium materials like 18K gold, anti-tarnish stainless steel, and 925 sterling silver.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
